We are a family owned and operated Minnesota seasonal motorsports storage company, with a family history of over 45 years of service in the motorsports and recreational industry, 

 

We simplify watercraft, motorcycle and recreational vehicle storage by providing:

​

• Private, secure, indoor and outdoor storage with a single seasonal rate based on unit type and size.

  • Seasonal storage pricing includes from September 15th through May 31st.  Flexible pick up and drop accommodations are available by request only. We do not offer month to month storage rates.

• Central drop off location and transport services serving Lakeville, MN and surrounding communities is included in each storage contract. 

  • Convenient drop off and pick up location for watercraft and recreational vehicles for off-site storage at Leo's South in Lakeville, MN.​​

  • Pick up and delivery within a 15 mile radius of Leo's South in Lakeville, MN. 

  • On-site drop off and pick up at our off-site location in Elko New Market is available by appointment only.

  • All units stored outdoor will be shrink wrapped, with the price included in the seasonal rate.

All units must be stored by October 15th and picked up or delivered up by June 15th. Additional arrangements may be accommodated. 

​

Units will not be stored on-site at Leo's South. All units will be stored offsite in Elko New Market, MN.
